At VooltPK, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3–7 days of receiving the product
  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Change of mind after purchase (unless approved by management)
  • Clearance or discounted sale items (if specified as non-returnable)

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error was on our side)

4. Replacement Policy

If your product qualifies for replacement:

  • A new unit will be shipped after verification
  • Replacement delivery time depends on product availability

5. Warranty Claims

Certain products may come with manufacturer warranty.
Warranty claims must follow brand-specific warranty terms.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or improper installation.


6. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless:

  • The product was damaged on arrival
  • The wrong item was delivered
