1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 3–7 days of receiving the product
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Change of mind after purchase (unless approved by management)
- Clearance or discounted sale items (if specified as non-returnable)
3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error was on our side)
4. Replacement Policy
If your product qualifies for replacement:
- A new unit will be shipped after verification
- Replacement delivery time depends on product availability
5. Warranty Claims
Certain products may come with manufacturer warranty.
Warranty claims must follow brand-specific warranty terms.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or improper installation.
6. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless:
- The product was damaged on arrival
- The wrong item was delivered
